Summary of Services:  The Valley Mission provides shelter, and meals to people in need.  Three meals a day are served on weekdays, and two meals (brunch and dinner) are served on weekends.  The Valley Mission also provides laundry facilities, and vouchers to the Valley Mission Thrift Store, as well as products for infants, and school supplies for children and adults.  In addition to shelter services, The Valley Mission also provides case management and referrals to other community agencies for residents as necessary.

Summary of Services:  Response Inc. is a community organization that provides support services, outreach and advocacy to victims of sexual and domestic violence.  Response Inc. provides immediate and short-term shelter for women and children affected by domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness.  Support groups, parenting education and court advocacy services are also available.  Additionally, Response offers a 24-hour hotline to offer crisis intervention, safety planning, along with information and referral to those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault or child abuse.

Summary of Services:  Choices of Page County provides shelter and support to victims of sexual assault of domestic violence.  In addition to shelter, Choices also provides support in the form of legal advocacy, support groups, community education, and more.  A 24 hour hotline offers a trained volunteer or staff member to assist persons in need.  In addition to support services and shelter, Choices also provides community referrals and information to clients about services that are most appropriate for them.

First Step: A Response to Domestic Violence

 Summary of Services:   First Step offers services to persons who are dealing with domestic violence including shelter to all persons (regardless of gender) who are fleeing domestic violence.  First Step also provides space to homeless women and children when available.  Community support groups, counseling for children and adults, and case management services are available to help clients transition into an abuse free life.

 Schedule:                       Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 

Note: First Step has a trained staff member on-site 24 hours, 7 days a week to assist victims of domestic violence who are in crisis.
